RE-ENROLLING YOUR CHILD IN SERVICES
Your child has left school for any reason. Here are the steps to follow:
- Log on to the registration site
- Contact us to reactivate your account by telephone on +32 (0)2 375 94 84 or by e-mail at coordination@apeee-bxl1-services.be to Mrs Pascale DE SMEDT, Director of APEEE Services.
Please note: you must NOT create a new account to register. The registration system refuses the creation of two accounts for the same person.
Your account is blocked?
1. A 2nd account in the same name has been created.
2. Non-payment of your APEEE annual fee and of the APEEE Services for which your child is registered.
How can I unblock it?
- In the 1st case, contact Mrs Pascale DE SMEDT to remove the duplicate, coordination@apeee-bxl1-services.be, tel: +32 (0)2 375 94 84.
- In the 2nd case, all you have to do is pay the membership fee and make sure you are in good payment standing for the services your child uses.
Is your child leaving the school?
Please let us know (coordination@apeee-bxl1-services.be) as soon as possible, so that we can take the necessary follow-up action.
